So please read our exchange policy carefully before placing your order.

NO RETURNS – ONLY EXCHANGE

We do not provide refunds or returns for any product once sold.

We only allow size exchange under the conditions mentioned below.

SIZE EXCHANGE POLICY

If you need a different size, don’t worry — we are here to help.

✅ Exchange Request Time:

  • You must raise the exchange request within 3 days of delivery.

  • Requests after 3 days will not be accepted.

💰 Exchange Charges:

  • A ₹250 exchange fee is mandatory.

  • This covers pickup and re-shipping cost.

  • This amount is non-refundable.

📦 Exchange Conditions

To be eligible for exchange:

  • Product must be unused

  • Product must be unwashed

  • All tags must be attached

  • Product must be in original packaging

  • No stains, perfume smell, makeup marks, or damage

If the product does not pass quality check, exchange will be rejected.

🚚 Pickup Process

  • Once your request is approved, pickup will be arranged within 1–3 working days.

  • Courier will attempt pickup up to 3 times.

  • If pickup fails after 3 attempts, customer must ship the product back at their own expense.

  • Vijaylaxmi will not be responsible if the parcel is not shipped after failed pickup attempts.

❌ Products Not Eligible for Exchange

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Products bought on Sale

  • Products bought using Coupons / Discount Codes

  • Promotional offers (Buy 1 Get 1, Only Prepaid Offers, etc.)

  • Customized or altered products

  • Used products

⚠️ Damaged Product Policy

We perform strict quality checks before dispatch.
However, if you receive a damaged product:

  • You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear photos and full unboxing video

  • Without unboxing video, claims will not be accepted

If damage is verified, we will provide exchange only (no refund).

🎨 Color Disclaimer

We try our best to show accurate colors.
However, slight color variation may happen due to lighting or screen settings.
Color difference will not be considered as defect.

🔁 Once Exchanged

A product once exchanged cannot be exchanged again.

📍 Jurisdiction

All disputes will be handled under Bikaner, Rajasthan Jurisdiction only.
